At Dooney & Bourke, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are included to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label; a flat fee of $9.50 will be deducted from your total refund amount for the use of this service.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, affix the printed return label over any existing barcodes, and drop the package off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 7 to 10 business days for inspection and for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
